Refund policy

To ensure prompt processing and shipment of orders, we can only accept cancellations within 7 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please use our contact  and select the ‘Cancel order’ subject. Please provide the correct order number to ensure smooth processing. Requests without a correct order number cannot be processed. Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to your original payment method. Credit card payments will be refunded to your card, while PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may place a hold on the refunded funds for 1-3 days, which is beyond our control.
