* There may be delays in the arrival of the courier if it is in remote settlements: Eilat, the Arava settlements, settlements beyond the Green Line and the Golan Heights area.

Exchanges and returns

You can exchange an item purchased on the website for another item within 7 business days from the day of receiving the item. You are asked to contact us by phone or email to update the item that you would like to exchange for another item. An exchange will be possible when the item is in good condition, has an original label and has not been used at all (if the item is returned dirty, used or does not have labels - it will not be replaced and there will be no possibility of exchange or refund).

 

If you would like a refund, the package must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.

*The credit will be made within 14 business days directly to the card from which the order was made minus the shipping fees if you chose this option.
